My Story

Just like you, there have been pivotal moments in my life where things have shifted, where suddenly it felt more painful to keep doing the same old thing, than to dare to reach out and explore the new and unknown.

I share some of the significant shifts in my life as an invitation for you to dare to express who you truely are, love yourself whole and free up your energy to go for those life goals that bring you true joy.

My career started with a niche marketing firm that had great people, a great vibe and taught me much about being confident in who I am. At age 26 I found myself presenting to the boards of some of the largest global retailers and manufacturers, I moved to Shanghai for work and was living the work hard, play hard expat lifestyle.

Life was fun, but there definitely was not a sense of wholeness. I wasn’t creating the love relationship I wanted and jokingly talked about my repeated geographically (and emotionally) long distance relationships as ‘love with stabliser’. I was also in denial about the amount of stress I was living with and shocked by the Chinese doctor’s assessment of me as being on the edge of burnout and in adrenal fatigue (precisely because it rang true).

At 27, after some pivotal experiences in yoga, meditation and healing I choose to leave my role, knowing only that I was going to ‘follow my intuition’.

At 27, after some pivotal experiences in yoga, meditation and healing I choose to leave my role, knowing only that I was going to ‘follow my intuition’.

I was asking big questions such as...
‘what makes me happy?’
‘How can I get my body back to health?’
‘What’s my purpose and passion?’

(insider view: Scary yet also hugely fulfilling and creative!)

‘what makes me happy?’
‘How can I get my body back to health?’
‘What’s my purpose and passion?’

Enter Wide Open Space of the Unknown
(insider view: Scary yet also hugely fulfilling and creative!)

I travelled, studied and trained in coaching, meditation and healing modalities. I started teaching on intuition and led retreats to sacred sites in America, Egypt and across Europe. I discovered that I’m really passionate about helping others ask and answer their big questions and learn how to access their resourcefulness to acheive their life goals.

Then a ‘chance’ meeting lead to me bringing some of my holistic experience back into public and private sectors. Over the last 5 years I’ve worked with leadership teams in NHS trusts, city law firms, global tech companies and sustainable businesses; all around purposeful change, women’s leadership and creating inclusive cultures.

At the very same time that my own personal focus was on what it means to be a woman (and especially grappling with finding my authentic voice). I found myself bridging worlds, offering Goddess retreat days along side speaking at mainstream events such as at the House of Commons on women’s leadership!

The fear that my mainstream world would discover my ‘woo woo’ world was immense. It takes courage to be authentic, especially when what you have to say is different. Being ‘brave of heart’ is such a huge part of what it takes to be fully expressed as a woman today (beyond stereotypes and others expectations), and is often a pivotal step in my coaching clients achieving their goals.

Brave enough to be seen as me, I met my partner Justin and with the ease and speed that comes from a love I cherish with all my heart, we moved in together and now I get to share the magic and fullness of life with this wonderful man.

In 2016 our daughter Thea arrived, and she has deepened my passion and commitment to women’s voices, perspective and experiences being valued and visible in our world.  I now care more about the freedom, power and fulfilment of women than ever before.

I also care hugely about the future of our planet and what it means to live sustainably and in right relationship with each other and nature. Reclaiming the sacred in everyday life through connecting to the cycles of nature is a practice I'm passionate about as a powerful way of re-rooting in our innate wildness and creativity.

I bring all these eclectic threads of my experience to coach and inspire women in living the life that brings them true happiness. What radical wholeness looks like for you will be different to my story, however I hope in sharing my unique journey,

I offer you the invitation to take the next step on yours.
